Introduction


 

The brand-chef of the restaurant is Nino Graziano, chef Andrea Galli, pizzaiola - Stefano Prosperini.

Cuisine of Osteria & Pizzeria Bolognetta is Italian with an emphasis on Sicilian.
As in all of Italian projects of Semifreddo Group, the emphasis is on quality products, and in the kitchen of the restaurant they prepare homemade cheese, pasta, ice cream and traditional Italian desserts.
Each region of Italy has its own specialties (products and dishes that are found only in this region) and delicacies.

In the menu Bolognetta - traditional dishes, which are based on the cuisine of Sicily, Piedmont, Lombardy, Naples.

Chef Andrea Galli prepares Italian sausage, ham and burrata.
Pizzaiolo Stefano Prosperini cooks pizza on a thin test, which is simply adored by children - her more than fifteen species.
A special attention deserves a showcase with desserts and homemade gelato.
Cannoli with ricotta, panna cotta, tiramisu, mini cakes and a selection of cakes ("Sacher", carrot, honey, cheesecake), as well as more than 10 kinds of ice cream.
The wine list is made specially for Italian cuisine, and the emphasis is on the wines of the regions: Veneto, Piemont, Umbria, Tuscany, Apulia, Abruzzo, Lombardy and Sicily.
